Willow Wellness PLLC participates with a limited number of insurance plans in order to maintain a high standard of care and ensure thoughtful, individualized treatment. Please contact our office directly for a full list of accepted insurance plans and to confirm whether your provider is currently in network.

If your insurance plan is not among those accepted, our team is happy to discuss fee-for-service options that may be appropriate for your care. In these cases, a superbill can be provided upon request for submission to your out-of-network insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Our practice remains intentionally compact, allowing us to prioritize quality, continuity, and a more personalized care experience for each patient.

Prior to your appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify coverage and benefits. Payment is required at the time of scheduling.
