Fees and Billing

Priya is now taking a limited range of health insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and BCBS (starting Fall 2023) to allow clients options in their mental health care.

Priya's practice will remain intentionally compact to ensure she can deliver the utmost quality of care to each patient.

If your insurance provider isn't among those mentioned, please get in touch with Priya or info@thewillowwellness.com to explore the most suitable approach using a fee-for-service arrangement. It's important to note that with the fee-for-service model, a superbill can be furnished, which could potentially be used for reimbursement inquiries with your out-of-network insurance coverage.

Prior to your meeting, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to verify your coverage. Payment will be expected at the time of scheduling, and Priya accepts major credit cards, cash, and checks.

New Patient Consultations
Adult Consultation (60 min) | $ 300
Child & Adolescent Consultation (90 min) | $450

Follow Up Appointments
30-minute follow-up | $ 195
60-minute follow-up | $295


Any other professional services that take more than 5 minutes, such as report/letter writing, phone/text conversations, email reading or writing, treatment summaries, communication or coordination of care with family members or other providers, or time spent performing any other services on your behalf (e.g., reviewing psychological testing reports), will be charged $25 for each 5-minute increment.
