Take time to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to work toward

Assist with scheduling your initial appointment(s)
Send intake and consent forms electronically
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Partner with you during the consultation call to learn more about you and your needs, and thoughtfully connect you with the provider best aligned to support your care
This process allows care to begin with clarity, intention, and a focus on quality.
If you plan to use insurance, our team will verify your benefits prior to your first appointment and review available details related to copays, deductibles, and estimated out-of-pocket costs. Coverage varies by plan, and we aim to provide transparency before care begins.
Our licensed LCSW and LICSW therapists provide therapy that is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each individual. Approaches commonly used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches. Your therapist will work with you to determine the most supportive approach as therapy unfolds.
With your consent, we take a collaborative approach to care. Your therapist may coordinate with other members of your care team, including Nurse Practitioners within our practice or outside providers, to support continuity and alignment when appropriate.
Starting therapy is a meaningful step. Our team is here to support you through a thoughtful intake process and connect you with a provider who aligns with your goals, preferences, and care needs—meeting you where you are and adapting as your needs evolve over time.
