Erika is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care through a holistic, whole-person approach. Her practice thoughtfully integrates biological, psychological, spiritual, and social factors to support comprehensive mental wellness.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College. Before completing her advanced degree, Erika worked for many years as an ANCC-certified Psychiatric Registered Nurse (PMH-RN), gaining invaluable experience across diverse clinical settings.
With over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience, Erika has worked in both inpatient and emergency psychiatric settings at leading institutions such as McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Her background also includes forensic nursing, behavioral health consulting, and mentorship for children coping with the loss of a parent.
Erika has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has a special focus on children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered on their path to healing.
