I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and develop practical coping strategies.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood while building skills for resilience, emotional well-being, and meaningful change.
