With an integrative approach to care, Kyoko draws from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Mindfulness practices. Her commitment to lifelong learning ensures that she continues to evolve her practice to best support the needs of those she serves.

Kyoko has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—and has supported clients through life transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. She brings a deep understanding of the nuanced challenges related to multicultural identities, adolescent development, career shifts, and creative stagnation.
